1. Contractual Acceptance & Execution

This document functions as a legally binding contract executed by and between you ("The User") and Zella Softwares (including all operating groups, parents, and subsidiaries, collectively referred to as "Zella Softwares"). By installing, launching, caching, or interacting with the Cam application for Android, iOS, or web utilities, you affirm that you have parsed, understood, and consented to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility, Age Verification & Parent Controls

Access to the network publishing systems, community sharing endpoints, and interactive nodes of Cam is strictly limited to individuals who are 13 years of age or older.

While Zella Softwares deploys modern localized verification modules, we recognize that absolute automated enforcement is subject to client environment limits. If access is bypassed by an underage minor, account deletion can be fast-tracked by writing to support@pitcha.org.

3. Application Functional Scopes & Authorization Profiles

Cam provides offline-centric utility tools including video trimming, spatial cropping, image rotation, dimensional resizing, aspect ratio processing, programmatic caption rendering, visual overlay synthesis, native background separation, sound engineering, voiceover pipelines, asset compilation, banner engines, vector SVG processing tools, and QR code reading mechanisms.

Authentication Tiers: Basic offline tools, media alterations, and utilities require no registration. However, any interactions with global feeds, community comment sections, or social asset distribution channels require a secure, verified account created with an authentic email identifier. You are completely accountable for protecting your login data.

4. Safe Content Policy & Content Rules

Because Cam allows network publishing and is distributed directly to teenage demographics (13+), our cloud ecosystems enforce a zero-tolerance policy against explicit materials.

You explicitly covenant that you will not assemble, synchronize, link, upload, or broadcast content that includes:

• Nudity & Sexually Explicit Content: Any structural depictions of explicit sexual activity, adult entertainment materials, pornography, or suggestive configurations.
• Extreme Violence & Gore: Graphically shocking physical injuries, violent activities, weapons training logs designed to intimidate, or any representation of physical harm.
• AI-Generated Media: To protect community authenticity, automated or synthetic media, deepfakes, and purely machine-generated visual models are barred from network ingestion paths.
• Harassment & Hate Material: Attacks targeted directly at individuals or communities based on identity markers.

Violating these content boundaries will trigger an immediate permanent infrastructure ban, profile deletion, and potential forwarding of data profiles to corresponding judicial bodies.

5. Pitcha Ecosystem Synchronization Bridge

Cam shares database architectures and social synchronization backends with its corporate brother platform, Pitcha. When you confirm your intent to share content from Cam into global channels, your file data becomes instantly visible across the synchronized Pitcha social layer. You accept that your content distribution patterns will follow the safety parameters of both applications.

6. Intellectual Property Structures & Platform Rights

You retain full copyright over your original image and video assets. Zella Softwares claims zero proprietary ownership over your raw material.

However, by routing files through our public cloud ingestion queues, you grant Zella Softwares a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to ingest, store, copy, transcode, cache, distribute, and broadcast that material over our synchronized distribution channels (including Pitcha) to deliver the service.

7. United States Statutory Protections & Legal Disclaimers

THE APPLICATION AND ALL ASSOCIATED SYNCHRONIZATION NETWORKS OPERATE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASELINE MATRIX WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND.

ZELLA SOFTWARES DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

UNDER NO LEGAL DOCTRINE SHALL ZELLA SOFTWARES BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE LOSS MODULES ARISEN FROM NETWORK INTERRUPTIONS OR DATA LOSS.
