1. Absolute Zero-Tolerance Threshold

Zella Softwares maintains an absolute, uncompromising, zero-tolerance policy regarding the production, modification, styling, storage, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), or any content structures that endanger or sexualize minors.

This document clarifies the mandatory reporting, content tracking, and deletion protocols integrated into the Cam pipeline and its brother platform network, Pitcha.

2. Automated Cloud Filters & Detection Infrastructure

While Cam functions as an offline application layer for base utilities, any attempt to share data packets with public feeds triggers a multi-stage monitoring pipeline:

• Perceptual Image Hashing Checkpoints: Uploaded payloads are processed through cryptographic and perceptual visual hash matchers trained on international databases of known illicit files.
• Human-in-the-Loop Moderation Teams: Verified reports or suspicious upload markers undergo immediate manual reviews by specialized trust and safety personnel.
• Exclusion of Synthetic Formats: No machine-generated or synthetic media models are allowed into the cloud pipeline, closing potential loopholes for artificial abuse media.

3. Mandatory NCMEC & Federal Law Enforcement Escrow

Zella Softwares fully complies with its corporate statutory obligations under United States federal legislation (18 U.S.C. § 2258A).

We preserve all associated platform footprints, including sending IP allocations, authentication logs, profile emails, and linked metadata vectors, to support subsequent law enforcement investigations.

4. Permanent Infrastructure Ban and Account Deletion

Any account holder associated with an explicit exploitation event will face an immediate, permanent infrastructure ban from Cam, Pitcha, and all future software systems deployed by Zella Softwares. We use hardware fingerprinting and network blacklists to prevent these individuals from re-registering profiles.
